- You have 7 days from the Shipping date to Ex-change your Myshop Online Purchases.
- Online purchases can be Exchanged at our Myshop Online store or dispatching back to us through a reliable courier service.
- Product invoices and way bills must be produced for Exchanges

- You will be charged the same delivery fee you are able to select a new product of the same value.
The Refund will be made only for

- Foreign Transactions
- The Refund will be made via deposit to your provided account, within 3 to 4 working days
- You will receive the return confirmation via Messenger, WhatsApp or E-mail once the return has been completed.
