How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

• Colombo 1-15 and Nugegoda suburbs within 24 hours
• PRONTO Domestic Island wide delivery service – Within 3 working days
• PRONTEX Pre cash payment delivery service – Within 2 working days
• EMS – Overseas delivery service

How Do I Track My Order?

• Once the Customer placed an Order , an automated text message will be delivered to your mobile phone
• Click “ Track Order “ on top bar
• Please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email or Mobile Phone text messages you should have received.
